My experience with Rashid installing a radiator and cooker in my home was excellent. I have never been happier with a service. IIR Services ensured that my problem was fixed coming several times a week, going back and forth and staying all day until there was a solution to the impossible problem. It's rare to come across a company that truly cares for its costumers and really prioritises them. I'm so thankful for the kindness shown to me and their continous help and support. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars.

Rashid is a truly excellent engineer. He arrived within a day of making a request, fixed an issue a subcontractor told us couldn't be fixed (they told us we needed and entirely new boiler) and was still cheaper than British Gas by a long way. He is very thorough and checked every aspect of our heating system! He is also a friendly, approachable guy who talks you through everything he's done and provides all the certificates and test results. Thanks for getting our heating working Rashid, you're a star!
