Plumbstop was established in 1991 by our founder Peter Fitzcharles. From one merchant at our current head office location in Cirencester, Peter along with his senior management team has grown the business to be the vibrant successful organisation Plumbstop is today. Special focus and energy has been applied in the past few years to expanding and strengthening Plumbstops unique Independent Merchant offering to the market.
This has resulted in a sustained increase in branches and importantly strong financial performance. Plumbstop work with all of our suppliers to ensure that we offer the right products for our customers. Being part of PHIL (Plumbing Heating Investments Ltd) independent merchants have combined their purchasing power to negotiate the best prices from our suppliers.
