Warren from BGX was so professional and caring with both myself but most importantly my elderly parents. Because of the cold weather and the age of my parents he arranged the fitting of a new boiler at a days notice! My mum thinks hes wonderful and is over the moon about having a "remote" for the boiler as this means they can turn the boiler on and off from the living room without getting up - she's amazed!

Excellent service, discussed problem on the phone with Josh. Warren came round on Monday morning, checked the boiler over to find the fault, went and purchased the new circuit board and fitted it, job done, water and heating resumed, hurrah! Would recommend and will use again without hesitation. Thanks chaps.
