Simon was great. I phoned and left a message and he rang back within 2/3 hours and came round later in the day to look at the problem. I needed a new tap, he gave me a price and changed the tap within 3 days. Great service and workmanship, excellent. I will use Simon for all out plumbing issues. The work was completed to repair an inconsistent flush with our toilet, The work was carried out to a high standard and I was able to carry on with my day while it was being completed.
Time keeping was always very good and I was kept informed by call and text so I always knew what was happening. The final price was exactly estimated which seemed reasonable for what needed doing.
