At NH Plumbing Heating Services we understand the importance of a prompt and genuine service. From the outset we will communicate timescales and costs as accurately as possible working honestly and openly with our customers throughout any project. Unlike many other companies we operate a one hour appointment system which means that we guarantee to arrive at your property within the hour specified.
The result of this is that our customers do not find themselves having to wait around for three or four hours for a plumber to arrive. If we do not arrive within that hour and you have not received a call from our office to explain why then we will reduce the cost of our first hour of labour by 10%! We also offer to call ahead to let you know we're on our way!
We want customers to feel comfortable with us working in their homes and so all our tradesmen are chosen based on their interpersonal skills as well as their ability to complete the task in hand effectively.

I had left messages for a number of plumbers in the area but none of them phoned back. Nick answered his phone when I called and within a week our shower had been installed. I am not one for reviews but felt that I had such a good service from NH Plumbing that I felt compelled to write one. I contacted Nick for a quote and he was very quick to respond. He came to quote for bathroom tap replacement, a shower mixer tap installation. Gave me an excellent price. Fixed my antique taps instead, so saved me money. Definitely, went the extra mile and also very knowledgeable, explaining everything to me. Very trustworthy and definitely now my go-to plumber when I want my sink and bath replaced in the next few years. I would certainly recommend NH Plumbing & Heating Services.

Nick came the same day I rang. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my kitchen tap & toilet. He arranged a day the same week for repairs. He sourced a tap for me & also repaired long-standing leaks under the sink. The mixer tap is the best it has ever been. He mended the toilet flush quickly & well. Excellent, polite customer service & Nick obviously takes a pride in his work. I was told to ring if I had any problems so there is aftercare too. I would highly recommend Nick.

I tried fitting a new shower in my home but ended up twisting a pipe inside the wall. Nick advised me what to do over the phone to make it safe and was with me the next morning (i rang him at about 10pm). He explained what he was going to do and kept my fully updated when he was going to do something different to what he first stated....none of which were going to take longer or cost me more....and the job was perfectly done. Very friendly and informative guy and rates are fantastic. I highly recommend nick and ill definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you mate.
