Services
Grummants have a management system that is responsible for estimating, designing and project managing with a good team of foremen, charge hands and general work force including gas service engineers, gas installers, welders, plumbers, duct workers and apprentices.
This puts Grummants in a strong position to carry out a variety of works from small domestic work up to large commercial contracts; working in schools, hospitals, private houses and health care centres to name a few.

Grummant was awarded the above contract for the replacement of the main boilers at East Kent college Broadstairs, formally known as Thanet college.
The existing set up was very familiar to Grummant and even some long serving engineers as we were the installers of the boiler room refurbishment back in 1998/1999.
Works involved the removal of the 4no Hamworthy Wimbourne boilers and replaced with 5no Stokvis Econoflame with a combined output of 2.6 megawatts ( 2600 watts).
As the new boilers were being installed onto an old existing heating system feeding most of the building on site, We protected the boilers with individual Stokvis Heat Exchangers-GCD, complete with circulation pumps.
