It was a small bathroom but a big job which was carried out to a very high standard.
All stages of the refurbishment were managed by the company so that, builders, electricians, plumbers, tilers were organised at the various stages and I did not have to do anything.
All the workmen were very professional, cleaned up after themselves every day and took all rubbish away with them.
Communication was excellent throughout, which was great as I was not always available in person to discuss matters but I was contacted by e-mail or phone if they needed to discuss the refurbishment with me.
