We are open between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday at all our branches. Our Purbrook and Southsea branches are also open Saturday mornings between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Portsmouth Plumbing Supplies is a well-established plumbers merchant (32 years) supplying bathrooms in and around the Solent area. Popped in today with a hot water tank and absolutely no idea of what I needed to fit it.
The very nice man came out looked at the tank and sorted out everything I needed and also advised that anything I didn't use I could bring back for a refund. He then came out to the car and fitted all the bits to the tank for me! I have used the Portsmouth branch several times over the years and found them always to be helpful, visited the Farlington branch and found exactly the same.
Customer service is still alive and well (at PPS anyway) Thanks Again.
