The Building Services Maintenance department was set up in 2000 as a response to the volume of enquires about small ad-hoc repair jobs and maintenance services after the handover of the refurbishment / fit out projects.
Today the department provides planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services in mechanical, electrical and public heath areas for commercial customers occupying office type of buildings in the Greater London area with a 24/7 emergency call out facility for the contracted customers guarantying a 4 hour response time.
