The business is headed by Nick along with his wife Maggie and assisted by long standing employees, Jamie, son Richard, Lynda, service engineers Robin and Dan. Our employees are local born & bred, loyal, trustworthy and committed. The majority of our workforce have been with us for over 20 years. Our showroom is just off the main street in Welshpool where we display gas fires, fire surrounds, and Gas and Oil boilers. We are now registered under the Competent Persons Scheme for Plumbing and Heating Engineers.
Our showroom is open five days a week, from 9am to 3pm, to deal with any enquiry, bookings and for our customers to call in and make payments. Our showroom is run by Maggie, Lynda & Hayley who have a wealth of knowledge which they can use to assist you with your enquiries.

We provide a Free Quotation for any work our customer may require, carrying out a comprehensive survey liaising with customers to assess their requirements and to provide the most efficient system for the property.
We always give our customers a guide to how long the installation will take and stay on site until work is completed.
We respect our customers' homes and try to minimise any disruption whilst we are carrying out work.

As part of our planned annual maintenance scheme we send our customers a letter proposing a date and time for our engineer to visit to service their appliances and ask them to confirm either by telephone, email or post.
