Not only are we Gas Safe registered (registration number 525142) a legal requirement for all gas work being undertaken, but we also carry full public liability insurance.

Lachlan made the decision to form A Touch of Gas after completing his gas apprenticeship with Scottish Gas in 2000, and spending several years gaining experience in the gas and heating industry.
Lachlan's expert knowledge in servicing and repairing fires, means that we are proud to be one of Scotland's few recommended contractors for fire manufacturers Gazco and Drugasar.
We also work closely with several fire suppliers in Edinburgh, installing high end fires.
Over the last four years, we have developed a solid customer base, and carry out work all over Central Scotland.
