Hourly Rates: Fixed Price: Our hourly rates should cover most minor jobs from 1 to 3 hours.
If the works are likely to exceed this then we will carry out a free, no obligation visit and provide a written or verbal fixed price quotation.
Payment to be made in full at the end of each visit.
Payments accepted: BACS or cheque (if payment is made by cheque funds have to be cleared before work is carried out).

It takes it's name from the fact that it heats both the central heating and domestic hot water instantly on demand, and therefore doesn't require any cold water cisterns in the loft or hot water storage tanks in the airing cupboard.
The main advantages of the combination boiler are that by heating the hot water on demand you only pay for the amount of hot water that you actually use, saving you money whilst saving the earth's resources.

Upon arrival at the customers dwelling dust sheets are placed around the areas where the work is to be carried out and the gas supply is tested for tightness and isolated.
The next step is to isolate the electric supply to the boiler and then the boiler is drained down and removed.
This is followed by a chemical power-ush in order to remove all the dirt and debris from the heating system.
Once the system is clean then the new boiler can be installed and plumbed into the existing pipe work.
