We are very much aware that we work in an industry renowned for providing pretty poor customer service. We, however, are determined to change that by always striving to deliver the best possible service we can. From the moment you first contact us we promise to deal with your enquiry politely, promptly and efficiently. Unlike many other providers, we understand our customers lead busy lives and the prospect of having to take time off work to wait in all morning, afternoon or even all day is just not acceptable.

We guarantee a 2 hour timeslot and the engineer will call 1/2 to 1 hour prior to visit just to let you know he's on the way - giving you the opportunity to get on with your day.
Services
You may think that having your boiler serviced is an unnecessary expense, particularly if it's working well.
Over time deposits in your boiler build up which not only prevent it from working to it's full capacity but could lead to the production of Carbon Monoxide.
Regular servicing will ensure these deposits are removed, leaving your boiler working safely, efficiently and to the manufacturers specifications.
All boilers will suffer wear and tear which may increase the chances of it breaking down.
The Gas Safe (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 states that it is the responsibility of the landlord to ensure a Gas Safe Registered Engineer inspects all gas appliances and flues in rented accommodation every 12 months.
You should provide your Tenant with a copy of a Gas Safety Certificate within 28 days of it being carried out or before they move in.
Failure to comply with these regulations could lead to a prosecution with penalties of imprisonment or a fine up to 25,000.
Whilst there is no legal obligation for home owners to have a gas safety check, it is strongly advised to have one.
We offer a tailor made Multi- Service package to both Home Buyers and Home Sellers.
In fact everything you need to prepare your house for sale or as a pre-purchase inspection.
You can choose to have a basic central heating inspection, at a fixed price, then add extra services such as a Gas Safety Certificate or a Boiler Service at substantially discounted prices.
You build the package to suit your needs.
You should consider the benefits of being able to document the safety of your home when placing it on the market.
We work with a fantastic team of Gas Safe Registered engineers who repair most makes of domestic boilers.
They carry spare parts for the most popular or can source parts quickly which ensures your boiler will be back up and running as soon as possible.
Our gas boiler repair rates are completly transparent, no hidden charges and no nasty surprises!
We do not charge a call out fee.
You pay the engineers hourly rate of 90 per hour plus parts and materials.
There is a minimum charge of 1hrs labour on all diagnostic work.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is an electrical survey that will reveal if electrical circuits are overloaded, find any potential hazards in the installation, will identify defective DIY work, highlight any lack of earthing or bonding and will carry out tests on the fixed wiring of the whole installation.
The report will establish the overall condition of the electrics and state whether they are satisfactory for continued use and should detail any work that might need to be done.
