Established in 1971, Our Company has been involved in the new build sector for nearly 50 years with a long standing relationship with a number of National Builders. We have completed to a very high standard, many New Build sites. We strive for the best and are pleased to have been part of the team who have won 3 NHBC Pride in the Job awards, LABC Awards and Seal of Excellence on our Keepmoat Homes site at Burnley Wood, Burnley.
We undertake many type of refurbishment schemes working with both Housing Associations directly and on Sub Contract basis for principal contractors. Works range from Full Heating Schemes, boiler replacement, bathroom replacement to smaller works such as Gas Safety checks before and after Roofing & Pointing Schemes. We assist a number of companies/contractors with installs on a variety of works.
From shower room installations on Council properties to Washroom facilites in Schools and Universities. We have also worked on a number of Hospital, Hospice & Dental Practices with varying Specialised installations.

Working for the likes of Broseley Homes and others Chris and his wife Shirley built the company up with the ideology that it maintains today.
Caroline and Cheryl his twin daughters started work with the company on leaving School in 1983.
They took over the office administration and Customer Care Team.
Roger his son joined the company in 1988 on leaving school and started his apprenticeship.

If you choose a AM time the appointment will be between 8am & 12pm and if you choose a PM appointment it will be between 12pm & 4pm.
If you require a more accurate timeslot please call us at the office on the number above prior to booking your service.
