From first contact to job completion I cannot recall better service.
We had an issue with a saniflo type system backing up waste in to the shower tray.
After speaking to the company they arranged an appointment within days which in itself was impressive, was expecting weeks.
We had had many other firms attend and either refuse the job or try and fail to rectify the issue.
Daniel contacted me by text the day before to confirm he would be arriving.
He also sent a message to say he may be delayed by a few minutes due to traffic on the day of attendance.
