Adrian Bates is the Director of Evolve Plumbing and Heating Contractors Limited and has been in the industry since leaving school in the early 1980's.
Starting as an apprentice with his fathers firm, to running his own successful Company in Essex, Adrian has been involved in all types of project, from a simple bathroom refurbishment, to plumbing and heating systems in multi million pound houses and numerous new build developments.
