I contacted Dulwich Plumber for a boiler service and the response was very prompt and a day and hourly slot arranged. I was thoroughly impressed with the service offered by Paul who was incredibly knowledgable and thorough and his expertise and attention to detail shone through. Would really recommend this device! We had an absolute nightmare with no water after moving into our new house on the hottest day of the year. Paul was so kind and came within 30 minutes. He was very patient with me, as I was very worried, he was reassuring and gave me lots of advice about my new house. Paul also sorted the problem within an hour and had everything up and running. Leaking toilet repaired in Lewisham - we had a water leak from upstairs showing on the downstairs ceiling. Paul from Dulwich plumbers came round quickly to investigate. There were a number of potential sources but he worked like a detective, narrowing it down to the toilet. He identified the issue and fixed it efficiently and cost-effectively with a replacement part.

He also left the bathroom looking better than when he arrived with improved sealing around units! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A true professional. We would definitely recommend Dulwich Plumber to others and will be in touch next time we need some plumbing work. A great job and a pleasure to deal with.

Paul has done a few small jobs for me and then recently installed my new bathroom. He is polite, thorough and has a meticulous eye for detail - he really helped advise on materials and finishes to a very high standard. He also helped me with general plumbing queries about my new house when I moved in. Living in a house with just two young women, finding tradesmen to come to the house we feel comfortable with is really difficult but Paul is an honest person to have in your home. Thanks Paul!

Paul came to look at my system last week which had totally packed up. He got it working on the day even though some new parts were needed. Paul came to give us a quote to fit a new boiler as the boiler cover company Certi had judged the boiler too expensive to repair, they have a clause if they deem it uneconomical to repair they walk away. They provided a long list of faults which made it look like our best option was a new boiler at 3000. It was obvious Paul knew what he was talking about and was confident that the diagnosis was wrong and the boiler repairable.

It turns out the main issue was the filters had never been cleaned out in any of the services previously carried out with our boiler cover contracts, a bit like not changing oil on a car service. A week and a half later the boiler hasn't missed a beat. We have cancelled our Certi cover and plan to get Paul back in the autumn for a proper service. Highly recommend.

Had a broken tap so called out Pawel (Paul) to correct it. He sent a couple of options for replacement taps and gave me an appointment within minutes. Paul of dulwich plumber's has been our plumber for many years. He is an excellent and reliable plumber who goes above and beyond to do the best for his customers. He recently fitted a new boiler for us, and free of charge fixed a number of other issues he spotted while he was doing so such as a leaking tap. He did the job quickly and worked late to get it done on time when having to source an extra part. We feel very lucky to have such a great, professional and friendly plumber!

Paul has fixed our (very old) boiler a couple of times and also installed a new toilet. He is extremely reliable and thorough. I would highly recommend his plumbing service and he has a great reputation in the area. There are other similar named companies, so it is easy to get them confused. We would only ever call Paul as we have always found him to be punctual and very professional.

Paul was absolutely fantastic. From his honesty on a separate decorating quote all the way through to the finished job. Paul knew that I was struggling to find a decorator so actually undertook the job himself and the result was superb! The bathroom looks amazing and having discovered water under the incumbent flooring, ripped that up, levelled the concrete floor and laid new tiles! Paul from Dulwich Plumbers has done a considerable amount of work for me, including installing and servicing a boiler, removing an old water tank, adding new radiators, sorting out problems with water hammer and carrying out landlord's gas safety checks. I have found him to be honest, capable and reliable. Unlike a lot of plumbers I have used, he listens to what you have to say. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I've used Dulwich Plumber for two years now. Being a remote landlord means I need to have a tradesman and company I can trust and also work quickly. Can't fault the work, my tenants are always happy with the way they respond to jobs and are very reasonable price wise.
