Craig and his team fitted a whole new central heating system including new pipe work and radiator s, the work was fantastic and done very quickly, they left the house very tidy and clean. I would recommend him to anyone they are very good tradesmen.

Over the last couple of years, Highfields have installed a new kitchen for us, fitted a new shower, added a radiator to the utility room, plumbed in a washer and serviced our boiler. Today they arrived at short notice to carry out a small repair to our boiler. We highly recommend them due to their professional service. Contacted this company yesterday to ask for somebody to come and look at a leak in our airing cupboard, and they came out within 24 hours, Kieran found the issue and resolved it within minutes, hopefully the floor dries out soon from the leak! Brilliant job - I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Highfield plumbing. I called Chris as I had a leak from a bathroom basin waste which had caused water damage to my oak vanity unit drawer. He responded the same day to check it and quote for a repair. He and his colleague, also called Chris, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

They returned 2 days later to fix it and were even able to repair the damaged drawer. He also repaired a leaky washer in a radiator in less than 5 mins whereas a different local plumber had said it was a big job and he would have to drain down the whole heating system to do it! Craig and Craig were great and excellent. They agreed to do the job within few minutes. Their charges were very reasonable. They installed my new gas on glass hob, glass splash back and new tap. Excellent service from Craig and Highfields Plumbing. Was supposed to be a routine landlord gas check but turned out the previous compnay had been missing, or ignoring, a serious issue with the cooker for years. Craig not only identified the issue but also helped source and replace a new cooker on the same day. Will definitely use again.

Craig was amazing. I was lucky to have got him through an emergency number. I needed a shower drain unblocking. He turned up and sorted the matter out with no delay. He knew exactly what to do and explained what he was doing and why. He never tried to delay things or push for more work. He came across as absolulutely competent and trustworthy. Craig was a true professional, we had just moved and the heating packed up the next day. He came out saturday evening diagnosed the issue and a couple of days later after sourcing the parts he repaired and serviced out boiler. Great service and communication. Service:Heating system maintenance

Craig is very friendly and helpful. He came straight out to temporarily fix our Worcester boiler which was leaking badly. Then helped us get finance to buy a new Vaillant boiler which he fitted quite quickly. He serviced our whole heating system including radiators. We won't hesitate to call on him again as we need our leaky toilets fixing or replacing.

So I recently moved into my home and a home owners worst nightmare came true: the boiler broke down. Craig attended this job and made it one of his priorities (I have 2 small children). The boiler had to be condemned due to the wrong pipes being fitted to it initially. It had never been serviced. Whilst doing the boiler service he showed me the filth that came out; it was shocking. Craig was very polite and kept me well informed throughout the whole process, he was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Craig and Highfield plumbing. Thank you for a great service.
