I was visited by Paul today to carry out a boiler service and I have to say the customer service was excellent! Paul explained everything he was doing and was very personable. Very efficient and pleasurable to deal with. I would highly recommend Kesselmann for any boiler servicing or issues!

Came when they said they would giving me a quote and gave me an emailed quote the same day Explained every thing, needed two things doing Radiators replaced and moved and a new electric shower and screen Broke them down into two separate jobs. Arrived on time, very professional asked where we wanted the radiators to go, very tidy and even hoovered up afterwards. Got on with the job, very courteous and polite Not the cheapest quote we got for the radiators but glad we used them as they were very good Highly recommended

The servicing was completed efficiently and quickly. The engineer was friendly and polite, and gave advice regarding future maintenance and servicing.

Just had Joe round to remove a gas fire I no longer use. He's done an excellent job in both the removal and the making good - really precise brickwork outside, excellent filling inside so the wall should not need re-skimming. Extremely careful, meticulous cleaning up afterwards and a pleasant and polite man too. I would heartily recommend this company and will certainly use them for future plumbing and gas work. We have used Kesselman Plumbers for the past 3 years, we chose them initially to purchase and install a new boiler. Each year they have serviced it very promptly and effectively, they send a reminder each year in advance in plenty of time. This year Joe came and serviced the boiler, he was very polite and professional and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend them.

I initially found Kesselmann Plumbing and Heating via Linkedin and was immediately impressed by the neatness of some of the jobs he had done. Being in the property management business, I see lots of work done by tradesman and you develop an appreciation for quality when you see it.

I contacted Kesselmann to help with a new central heating system to a flat above a shop and have to say I was delighted with their workmanship and attention to detail. Needless to say the work then extended to include a new water inlet pipe, outside soil stack and a new bathroom install.

That initial job was over 10 years ago and since then they have done numerous plumbing jobs for us along with gas safety inspections and have got us out of quite a few emergency situations.

Keep up the great work and a well deserved 5 stars from a happy long term business customer.

From initial call to Kesselmann coming to fix my plumbing issue I have had all my problems sorted, in an affordable quick amount of time

We had a very old (almost 20 years) boiler and hot water tank system and although Paul and his colleagues have serviced it for the past couple of years and kept it going, with the cost of gas soaring and the boiler becoming more inefficient as the years went by we decided to have it replaced. We had a couple of quotes from a few companies but not only was the quote from Paul and the team at Kesselmann very clear and set out exactly what the works were which needed to be done and the cost of these and the parts, they took the time to explain to us the options available to us and what could and couldn't work in our house.

We opted for a new combi boiler, which involved a new plumbing system throughout the house, after weighing up the pros and cons and we are so glad we did as we have seen a massive improvement in our water pressure and our energy costs. Paul and Phil were fantastic engineers. Incredibly professional, efficient and diligent. Their work was thorough, very tidy and even a last minute request the day before the installation didn't phase them. Paul and Phil even got all the radiators working (something which we didn't think was possible after having other plumbers look at them and not be able to)!

Every member of the team we have dealt with and spoken to at Kesselmann has been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We're already saving up to have the team back later on in the year to replace our bathroom!
