Had a small leak with the heating system, the following morning as promised the plumber arrived and within 1 1/2 hours after bleeding the system, replacing the failed connector and refilling the system the heating was back up and running.

Unlike other plumbers who wanted to charge extra as it was an emergency, Keshar came out within 2hrs, fixed the issue and only charged his hourly rate. He kept me upto date with his arrival time and was polite and courteous, can't ask for more than that! Thank you Keshar!
