When taking on a new client, we consider the services your company require and legislation/regulations that apply to your building and organisation.
We provide a written proposal of costs, frequencies and references to legislation, a document containing relevant Health and Safety information and a planned maintenance schedule to be held on site before arranging convenient times for engineer appointments.

With reactive maintenance calls, we arrange for an engineer to attend and, once complete, confirm you are happy with the finished job.
We would then advise and quote on any further works, if required.
Quotes for ad-hoc works are submitted following a site visit and H&S information is provided when a date for the works to be undertaken is arranged.
Once complete, we have a review with the client to ensure everything was as expected.
To ensure our service is consistently good, we regularly review our performance with our customers, helping us continually improve and provide the excellent service our clients have come to expect from Signum Facilities Management.
