Having spent 25 years working my way through the ranks in commerce culminating in middle and then senior management, it was a constant source of confusion to me that the tradesmen I had to commission from time to time couldn't grasp the simple concept of 'customer care'.
I made a promise to myself that one day I would change this and after taking a leap of faith and retraining, I now am and enjoying every minute of it! I'm now a local plumber in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I specialise in Bespoke Bathrooms and General Plumbing. I consider myself a craftsman as well as a tradesman and I work hard to lend old school values to my bespoke bathroom design and my general plumbing services.
