I'm David Graham owner of Quality Heating Services I have been in the domestic heating business for over 30 years, following my apprenticeship in the late 1980s I ran my own plumbing and heating business for 7 years installing central heating and bathrooms.
I then spent 10 years working as a Service Engineer for Baxi Heating UK Ltd, my area being from Bristol to Southampton down to Penzance.
This involved servicing repairing and fault finding on the entire Baxi branded range, which includes Potterton, Main, Powermax, Heatrae, Santon water heaters and Valor fires.

When the Engineer has diagnosed the fault, they will be able to advise on the best solution to resolve the problem and normally provide a quotation before starting any further work.
Charges during working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm 60.00 first hour and then 40/hour (to the nearest half hour) (double at all other times) with no fix no fee* on all Baxi branded domestic boilers up to 10 years old.
