Our standard service call includes the first one hour's labour.
If it is immediately apparent that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time, we will not make any charge and instead will leave you with an estimate free of charge and without obligation.
Out of hours and weekend service calls will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour's labour.
This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations.
We will also provide a free estimate for any further works or repairs.
