This project was always going to be a challenge from the very beginning as the existing plant room was in the church basement with the only access by a metal ladder.
After much discussion it was decided to utilise a small store room as the new plant room behind the main hall.
This contract was replacing 4 Hamworthy boilers with new high efficiency boilers and pumps again when the home was fully occupied and operational.
We also installed new Thermostatic valves into the 40 flats attached to the home at the same time as refurbishing the plant room.
