Servicing your boiler annually helps minimise the likelihood of the boiler failing, and whilst we can't ever predict when a boiler will fail, keeping on top of little problems helps reduce the likelihood of those bigger issues arising.
We always service boilers in accordance with the manufactures instructions, always issue digital certificates on completion and we'll even send you a little reminder each year so you don't forget about your service in the future.
We know that when your boiler breaks down it always seems to be at the worst possible time, which is why we always aim to diagnose and repair the same day we attend your property, if parts have to be ordered we keep you fully up to date with the progress of the delivery helping to minimise the stress levels and turnaround time of the repair.
